Rihanna has her Navy fans asking WYM (what you mean) after her comments at a recent Fenty Beauty event. She spoke about her music journey and credited God for allowing her other opportunities. Now, fans seem to think RiRi is headed toward retirement.
Social Media Reacts To RiRi’s Comments About Her Music
It’s been about eight years since she released her last full project, ‘ANTI,’ and two since her last song, ‘Lift Me Up’ for the ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ soundtrack. Still, she performed at the Super Bowl in February 2023.

Rihanna recently partied with her fans at a company event on her home island of Barbados. In a circulating clip of her thank-you speech, she spoke about how music led her into the industry.
“Music was the thing that got the attention, but God had other plans for me, and I was able to create in ways that were very sincere, genuine, organic and authentic to the things that I love. So it doesn’t even feel like a job, but when you bring it home,” Rihanna said in the short clip.

Rihanna Previously Said Has Enough Content For An Album
In April, Rihanna hyped the fans after she suggested an album was still a possibility. She revealed that she already has “stuff” she can “make hits out of.” Still, she didn’t offer any hints about when that album would become a reality for fans to support. However, she shared that her sons, RZA and Riot, might have features on the project.
“Me and Rocky are really trying to figure out who’s gonna use what,” Rihanna said, adding that the stuff is “so good.”
Rihanna hasn’t offered any additional insight into her comments. But she recently reminded her fans of her Twitter troll days, though. Ahead of Trump’s win, she dragged a couple of Instagram users who criticized her for speaking about the presidential election.
