Italy, Gattuso: "Hearing the fans chant ‘go to work’ makes me sick. I hope to beat Norway and prove that we are in the playoffs only because of the rules"

Gennaro Gattuso, Italy coach, spoke at the press conference and on Sky after the victory on the Moldova pitch:

“By changing 11 you could really have had difficulties, I complimented the boys. You remember what kind of match it was in June in Reggio Emilia, right? This is a team you have to run with, if you throw them in in the first 15 minutes it’s one thing, otherwise you could have difficulties. We will give our lives to reach the objective, which is common to all of us and we need to be united, hearing what we felt tonight is a shame. I hope to win against Norway too, it would mean that we remain out of direct qualification only because of a regulation that we can do nothing but accept.”
