Media Information – Use Interactio to ask questions
Interaction is only supported on iPad (with Safari browser) and Mac/Windows (with Google Chrome browser).
When connecting, indicate your name and the media you represent in the first/last name fields.
For best sound quality, use headphones and a microphone. Interpretation is only possible for interventions with video, so you must turn on your camera when you ask a question. It is recommended to use one of these microphones to ensure that questions can be interpreted.
Journalists who have never used Interactio are invited to log in 30 minutes before the start of the press conference to perform a connection test. IT support can be provided if necessary.
Once logged in, open the chat window (top right corner) to be able to view service messages.
For details, see the Connection Guidelines and Recommendations for Remote Speakers.
