Antonio Conte might be taking the week off to stay at his home in Turin, but he’s using technology to instruct his Napoli players and staff from afar.
There have been so many reports of tension behind the scenes following recent results, that Napoli released a formal statement confirming why Conte would not be seen at their Castel Volturno training ground until Monday.
In agreement with the club, he has been given this time off to spend with his family at his home in Turin during the break for international duty.

However, that doesn’t mean he is slacking off, because even when it comes to instructions on the pitch, smart working is possible.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Conte has been holding several Zoom meetings and phone calls with assistant manager Cristian Stellini and team manager Lele Oriali per day.
He is also in touch with the medical staff to keep up to date on the fitness levels of players recovering from injury.
