Vice President JD Vance hit out at a viral post by a user who claimed he got in an “argument loud enough to quiet the restaurant” with his wife, second lady Usha Vance.

President Donald Trump is set to host a rally in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania, this evening. There, he’s expected to give remarks on the economy.

Beforehand, Trump is set to attend the Vice President’s Christmas reception. That event is expected to begin just after 3 p.m. local time.

The bill, called the Change Corruption Act, was introduced by senators Jeff Merkley of Oregon and Catherine Cortez Masto of Nevada Tuesday, Punchbowl News reported. Co-sponsors include lawmakers Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut and Ron Wyden of Oregon.

Representative Dan Meuser, a Republican from Pennsylvania, praised President Donald Trump’s economic policies in an interview with CNN.

“Look, the tariffs, everything we’ve done, is about reducing manufacturing costs, reducing consumer costs, putting more money in Americans’ pockets. Everything that we do is about creating affordability,” he told the network.

This comes after Trump said he’d grade his economy as an “A-plus-plus-plus-plus-plus,” despite growing concerns about the cost of living.
